This in-person visit will be a deep dive into your symptoms, history and lifestyle. So many things affect your testosterone level including sleep, stress, alcohol, diet, toxin exposure, etc. We will find any modifiable factors and start creating a collaborative plan to create sustainable change. We will draw labs at the time of our initial consult to save you time!

Our initial lab panel which is INCLUDED:

CBC, CMP, A1C, Fasting Insulin, Lipid Panel, Sensitive Estradiol, Prolactin, DHEA-S, SHBG, FSH, LH, Free and Total Testosterone, PSA, TSH, Free T3, Free T4, IGF-1, Iron, Ferritin, B12, Folate, Vitamin D

You do need to be FASTING for 12 hours before our appointment. Also avoid sexual activity for 48 hours (affects PSA). Feel free to bring a snack for after labs!

*Labs can be drawn at the appointment and discussed over the phone when resulted OR you can choose to have labs 1 week before the consult to go over option.

Medications/Costs

All medications are prescribed from Strive Pharmacy. We do not prescribe to local pharmacies or handle insurance in any way.

  • Testosterone injection 200 mg/ml 5 ml $120

  • Testosterone injection 200 mg/ml 10 ml $140

    • Testosterone injections are compounded with MCT oil. MCT oil is less inflammatory & allows for subcutaneous injections with a smaller needle

  • Testosterone topical $175 for 90 days

  • Elevate T $125 per month for younger men (DHEA/Pregnenolone/Enclomiphene/Zinc)

  • Add on:

    • NP Thyroid, GLP-1, GH peptide, Functional Medicine testing

Follow ups are every 3 months and will include an update on symptoms and repeat labs. Repeat labs will include:

CBC, CMP, SHBG, Estradiol (E2), PSA, DHEA-S, Free and Total Testosterone

*Add metabolic health labs for $100 at any point: Lipid panel, A1C, Fasting Insulin, ApoB, TSH, Free T4, Free T3, Thyroid antibodies
