Peptides are short chains of amino acids, think a protein but smaller.  They occur naturally in the body have various roles in the body.  But with age and environmental factors, these peptides are often deficient or missing in our body. Science has been able to create synthetic versions of peptides to mimic or enhance biological processes in the body.
